Unlink this workbook
Stops this event reading crew, times and budget from CII - PFO 2026, and takes the sales push's quoted gear and shipping back off ROY. The workbook itself is not touched; the master Bookings and Conflicts tabs are rebuilt without it straight away. Link the right one afterwards.
✅Sales quote
Pushed — 30 charge lines across 1 area.

Sales quote by area (Clarity Charge History, 30 lines)

| Whole show | 2 columns on the tab | — | — | — | — | $42,804 | $25,932 | $18,540 | 39.4% | — |
Blended GP of the whole show: 39.4% — $16,871 gross profit on $42,804 sold, with labor, cable and delivery in. Gross profit over revenue across the show, which is not the average of the areas' percentages. From the CII - PFO 2026 tab on the master Budget Builder.
Two questions. Gear GP is Clarity Charge History — equipment lines only, what each was charged against what it costs — so it says whether the gear is marked up enough. Quote GP is the quote's own forecast summary with labor, cable and delivery in, so it says what the area, and the show, actually earn.
1 area with line items quoted at no cost
Cost here is Total Cost on Clarity Charge History, written by the sales push from the Quote tab's cost column — one row per line item. A line with no cost on the Quote tab can still be costed on that quote's Forecast tab: the Quote cost column above carries the Forecast tab's total, so the area is not necessarily short a cost. These are the lines to check against the rate card.

Sales quote pushes (Budget Paste WS)
Something on Budget Paste WS is not counted below
**1 quote on the Budget Paste WS tab has no name against it.** It is at rows 6-67, figures unreadable — the TOTALS line is not where it should be. The app finds a quote by the name in column F, so it cannot see this one. It is left out of the per-quote table (which lists the 1 it can find), and pushing that quote again would add a second copy rather than replace it — this show would then count it twice, and nothing else would say so. **To fix it, put the quote's FILE NAME in F6.** That is the same name the app writes itself when you push a quote. The quotes it has already named here are called "$218.75", which is the shape to match. NOT the words down the left of it ("Technology", "Labor", "Travel/Lodging & Other") — those are line labels that turn up on every quote in the show, and a push never matches on them, so one of those gets you a THIRD copy next time instead of a replacement. A version suffix does not matter: `v2` and `(3)` are ignored when the app looks a quote up. **If you cannot tell which file it came from**, delete rows 6-67 and push that quote again: you get one correctly named copy and no duplicate. Nothing here can guess the name for you — the wrong one makes the next push overwrite a different area.
| Area | Revenue | Cost | Gross profit | Sold-at GP % | Forecast GP % |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $218.75 | — | — | — | — | — |
| Whole show | $0.00 | $0.00 | $0.00 | — | 49.4% |
Forecast GP % is the producer's forecast for the whole show — the PRODUCER ESTIMATE block at the top of the Budget tab, every cost centre they have entered, labor included. A show figure, so it is on the show row only.
